Where appropriate, equipment such as various types of electronic moisture meters, thermal scanners, contact microphones, high powered survey lighting and other specialized testing equipment may be used, coupled with over 3 decades of practical engineering experience.
Fees
Fees are based on a charge-out rate of A$200 per hour plus GST for inspection, report writing & consultation time, and for any time associated with builder liaison. There is a minimum charge of A$350* plus GST per site visit. Travel is not charged for if the site is within 30 minutes travel time from our base - travel charges may apply elsewhere.
* A surcharge applies for inspections on weekends, public holidays & after normal working hours.
